We are dedicated to the betterment, unity and advancement of our citizens worldwide. We promote good citizenship, charity and philanthropy. Some of the objectives of the organization are to:

· Unite Mbano citizens worldwide and assist them in utilizing their best resources.

· Bring together our people in order to solidify our sense of identity.

· Support our various communities through charitable and humanitarian services.

· Act as a liaison between Mbano citizens worldwide and people with legitimate interest in Mbano Local Government Areas.

· Assist Mbano Local Governments in uplifting the economic and social status of Mbano people when possible.

· Encourage foreign investment in Mbano Local Government Areas.

· Achieve respect and preserve this organization for Mbano citizens worldwide

Our programs include but not limited to Medical Missions, Education Grants, and Unity Cup Soccer Tournaments. In other words, we promote charity, education and foster amateur sport competition amongst our youths. The organization actively invests in our children in the areas of cultural awareness, academic counseling and social development.

MBANO MEDICAL MISSION

Every year, we go and help our people back home who have nobody to help or support them. There is no gift greater than the gift of good health. The Medical Mission program was established due to the passion and enthusiasm to help the less privileged in our communities. We solicit the support of medical professionals, such as Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Eye Specialists, allied medical field practitioners and all those who are interested in assisting regardless of their profession. In the past six years the mission has helped more than 18,000 patients.

THE MNA EDUCATION GRANT PROGRAM

The Mbano National Assembly Education Grant Program (MNAEGP) is established to assist eligible students at accredited indigenous institutions of higher learning regardless of race, color, creed, religion, gender, or disability. We believe that through education, we can positively impact skills and tools young people need to become productive citizen of their communities. 

The annual award includes children essay writing competition, the purpose of which is to promote education, intellectual competition, and cultural awareness amongst our children and youth.

Mbano Unity Cup Competition

Mbano National Assembly, Inc. sponsors a youth soccer championship competition. Frequency of the tournament depends on availability of funds and local community support. The significance of this undertaking is to promote unity and socio-cultural enrichment among our youths.  

Complementary to Ezurumezu festival, the unity cup competition event brings the people of Mbano together during the Mbano Day celebration in December, to enjoy and learn from our rich cultural displays, and to imbibe same to our children. It is important that we encourage and support communal friendship and networking, so that we can build a future that generations to come will be proud of.
