Our communities in Nigeria have faced unnumbered difficulties which they have continued to address and rightly so; BUT - of all the challenges facing our people, their healthcare needs have been the most intractable to say the least. It has defied self help efforts because the solution is beyond their reach. We building the expansion of an existing surgical unit at Joint Hospital Mbano to enable us not only address some of the challenges but also possibly seek equipment that could help meet existing needs.
